The establishment of the National Energy Systems Operator and its emerging Regional Energy Strategic Plan will plan how to tackle South West challenges and leverage the opportunities in ways that help ensure that South West areas get the energy infrastructure they need to meet local net zero and growth ambitions, and help communities to access reliable, clean and affordable energy.
